  Most of the units are pretty decent..there's electrical issues with most lf the building. Front keypad is usually broken or not functioning properly. Front desk staff is horrible. Issues with parking passes and parking in gerneral reguardless of weather your pre registered with your rental aggrement or not. Pools were under repair. Outdoor Hot tub broken one day. Alot of the units are sub rented out through various companys...most of the renters are great..the perment residents on the other hand are pretty nasty. Alot of Canadians use this building for there second home. Look elsewhere...dont rent or buy here. We were here for 3 weeks with two little kids...all the dirty looks at the pool with kids playing and the front desk staff bull is enough for us. Theres plenty of other nice buidings right in the areas.
