  After being a loyal ATT customer for 25 years, we were just sick of the poor service and rude employees always trying to game us. The last straw so to speak occurred with a rude female employee named H****** at the Port Orange Pavilion store a few days ago. We had come in to learn about new phones and upgrading our three year old phones. She was very short with us and did not want to answer questions explaining the difference between the iphone 8+ and the galaxy 8+. At one point after about 3 minutes with us, she said, "I can put you back in the que." No other customers in store yet she was telling us she did not want to spend time doing her job. We left disgusted and asked ourselves, why we continue to put up with such lousy service from ATT. The answer was we were over ATT. Oh, and btw, the advertised offers they had online vanished when we asked about her about them. She looked at us like we had a 3rd eye. So, enough about that. Now onto the positive. Many friends of ours enjoy Sprint service and great deals so we decided a few days later to visit this new Daytona store across from the speedway. Best decision we have made in awhile! We were enthusiastically an warmly greeted by Brian. He courteously and efficiently answered all of our questions honestly and accurately. In addition, he helped us with advice in determining which handset might make us happiest. He did not rush us or try to sway us in any way. He was open and transparent and really, he just wanted us to be happy and have an awesome experience. We can't say enough great stuff about Brian and also Josh who also helped us. This store is first rate and the staff we have met and dealt with have been amazing. Brian went above and beyond in every aspect of doing business with us. That other phone company should send their rude and poorly trained staff to Brian for training and how to treat prospects and potential customers like what they really are...the lifeblood of any company. Thank you Brian and Josh for your exemplary, committed service and astute advice. You are certainly appreciated and respected for being the consummate professionals that you are.
