  Huge problem with bugs and roaches entering the apartment. Spent months constantly having to remove bugs. I went on vacation and came back to my apartment covered in cobwebs with hundreds of spiders everywhere and several roaches. Even after cleaning the entire apartment and getting rid of them all, I had to remove three more roaches just today. The property management just laughs it off and refuse to do anything besides sign me up for their supposed "pest control" preventative spray multiple times, which doesn't seem to work at all. Their excuse is always "it's the Florida climate" but other facilities such restaurants and colleges don't seem to have this problem. The management promised me a stormdoor to help prevent pests from entering if I renewed, and when I did on a month-to-month basis I even confirmed this with them at the time of signing. But when I called a few months later to see when it would be installed they said they would not be doing it. I keep my apartment very clean and spray Raid around the doorways every week, to prevent bugs from entering but they still do. I do not recommend this apartment complex to anyone who does not wish to constantly battle with bugs on a daily basis.
