  Arrived at 7:30 on a Thursday evening. We had a difficult time ordering. They were out of broccoli cheddar soup, romaine lettuce, bread bowls, the bread for the steak sandwich and rolls. The chicken tortellini Alfredo was good, but had cold spots. One of the lemonade coolers was leaking all over the counter. This is not what I am used to from Panera. I hope we caught them on an "off" night. Would like to come back and give them a better rating.
