  Free breakfast = free coffee from 6am to 10 am. If you request a smoking room and they provide smoking rooms well then, they should offer ash trays. A cup of water is for rooms that you aren’t supposed to be smoking in. Next when you are visiting a new area or on vacation you may end up wanting to watch television t would really be nice to have a channel guide so you can find the channel(s) that you want to watch easier. If you cannot provide a channel guide how about at least having a staff that can answer questions I.e. what channel would I find USA Network?
  
  Walk in room looks decent for a cheap (not so cheap) hotel all new but El Cheapo looking furnitures. Then you notice the big puddle of water on the floor.
