  Most incompetent staff ever! They will keep you waiting on the phone for 10 minutes. They are unable to get prescriptions filled correctly - 3 weeks and waiting! They take 2 weeks to do a referral. To bad Dr. Lucas is leaving - he was the only good thing about this office!! Don't go here unless you want to be thoroughly frustrated!
