  I went in for a technical issue on my galaxy s6 a year ago and instead I purchased two galaxy s7's from this store under the promise of the galaxy forever plan in which you can trade in your phone each year for the new model. Fast forward to just this week where I go into another store and get informed that I was lied to and not placed on galaxy forever but was put into a 24 month agreement with no opportunity for upgrade unless I pay $700 in fees! I called sprint and they said this is a common issue at their store level (WHAT!!) and that I signed the contract so they will not help. Biggest joke I have ever heard of. I write this in hope someone will see it and not make the same mistake I did and believe the bs. Pick another carrier and DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!
