  I decided to give a local business a try and went in to purchase a washing machine for our business. I inquired about a specific washer, was assured it was tested and worked. 2 days later they delivered the washer, and of course the spin cycle did not work, immediately called and left a message to contact me because if was shortly after closing, needless to say they never called I had to contact them again. They told me they would have a repairman out that day and he never came. After 3 phone calls to them I asked to speak to the owner and was told he was not there and he would call me, almost 24 hrs later I have still not heard from the owner. So they apparently deliver another machine to our facility, which is old, dirty and disgusting. I immediately called them again and was told that the owners son dropped off another washer and would be calling me soon but yet he has not. Apparently they do not care about customer service cause they have not been very customer friendly with returning calls or trying to make it right with the customer. This business is very unprofessional and I regret ever walking in the door and purchasing from them, and believe me it will never happen again and I have nothing nice to say about this business. Buyer beware, simply stay away all you will have is trouble. I am reporting them to the better business bureau, and it will be made know so other people know what terrible business practices they have.!!
