  FRAUD ALERT!!! I purchased a brand new S1000RR from Magic City Cycle (in Orlando and owned by this Dealer) back in December 2016 and paid for both gap insurance and tire/wheel insurance. My bike was stolen from my downtown parking garage in March along with many others in the downtown area which is when I found out that they never paid for and initiated either insurance policy even though I paid for it. They have been lying to me for the past month saying they've been working on it yet this afternoon I talked to Safe-Guard (insurance company) who confirmed they have never received any paperwork or calls from the dealer. I have signed agreements from Magic City Cycle that they owe me a gap insurance policy to cover the nearly $5,000 hit I'm faced with right now and they continue to lie about what's going on. I tried contacting the "mothership" as all the people in Orlando call it (aka this Dealership) and the head of service promised he'd call me back today, he didn't. Time for court.
