  Got a room on second floor with a balcony facing the parking lot. Stayed for 4 nights. First night we only had a wash cloth and hand towel in the room and no other towels. The next night we realized housekeeping had thrown away most of our half used toiletries and didn't replenish. The third night we finally realized and discovered that our slider didn't shut all the way and we could hear the late night talks in the parking lot below. Room was okay. Some stains on the floor, bottom of some furniture looked completely rotted out at the feet. Had a room that had a connecting door and I could practically hear their entire conversation and they definitely weren't yelling. Pipes or something in the wall made this terrifying groaning noise that would waken us from time to time. Seems like they are trying to keep up with things and maybe are focusing more on the ocean side rooms. It did seem like they were trying to keep up with cleaning of the common areas. Breakfast was okay, the breakfast lady was very nice and attentive sometimes coming around checking on us and clearing tables. Even brought a lady next to us a new fork that broke. Cheap quality plastic utensils, we broke 3 forks and saw a few others with the same issue too. WiFi was spotty. Parking lot was apt to get full quickly but we always managed to snag a spot. The pool and pool area definitely seemed clean. The pool had a wheelchair lift too. There was a set of stairs down to the beach from the pool area. Overall wasn't the worst but also didn't knock my socks off. I'd only stay for 1 night again for the right price.
