  For Christmas My Mother in law whom lives out of town messed up on the date and put 2015 on the check for My children's presents. And the Bank of America on Nova and beville wouldn't help, at all even contact her,and verify that the date was wrong. She has been a loyal customer to the of America for 15 year's, but this bank did everything they could to cash it for My 1 and 6 year old. This ia a very attentive Bank. I will NEVER use Nova and Beville bank again nor open an account with them. They are lazy and rude. Thank you for your time and help I will keep coming back to this bank. Thank you and Happy Holidays!

  Horrible bank to deal with...bad custumer service i will never go to this trash bank again,they are very uppity at this location...rip off artists
