I tried to help by talking to corporate - District Manager was an absolute joke. I am appalled with the lack of professionalism by this company as a whole, they have destroyed what should be a memorable life event. I would suggest if you are looking for an engagement ring, you run away.... there are other jewelry companies in the area that will stand by their product and warranties. Do a simple internet search on Zales issues, the time will be well spent, we wish we would have prior to making a purchase.
