  There does not seem to be any coordination between the scheduling staff and the intake staff. My doctor faxed an order to the venue and I received a call that my original appointment had been canceled and that a new order was requested from my doctor. My doctor's office immediately faxed the new order, for a slightly more intensive procedure. When I went to intake on the day of my appointment they did not have the order, and the doctor listed on the intake form was incorrect. The technician was efficient but with an uncaring manner. When I was given my release form the incorrect doctor's name was again printed on the form.
