  Clean office and pretty short wait times. I was here in August and the office staff is professional and polite. Dr. Tsai is efficient, direct and straight to the point. He's honest with you and won't waste your time or his. He may not spend a lot of time with you, but he covers the necessary facts. I didn't get that warm bedside manner from him but that's not always important. What was great about my short time with him is that he was very precise in answering my questions and ruled out food allergies which were a confusing concern of mine. He was very confident in his explanation to me and for that I am grateful! My head isn't spinning with worry and doubt about several things before I came here. I still have a ways to go but thanks to Dr. Tsai and his nurse, I feel like I am now heading in the right direction!
