  Doolittle hall is located conveniently close to all the classrooms and facilities on campus. Unfortunately, that is essentially the only positive aspect about living here. First and foremost, the rooms are extremely cold. After a while, you'll get used to switching between the two settings on the thermometer (industrial freezer, and tepid air), but it is certainly a nuisance. Next comes the rooms; which equate to prison cells, but are definitely liveable. The furniture is top notch, and probably the best on campus. The bathrooms each have two showers and two stalls, are shared with a total of 8 people, and are located right next to your room. While this may sound convenient, that unfortunately is not the case, due to the fact that a key is required to open the bathroom door, which automatically locks once closed. The doors also sound like gunshots when they aren't closed delicately. You can use a piece of cardboard and tape to prevent the door from fully closing, but the cleaning staff who visit twice a week will remove it. The staff are relatively competent, but could definitely do a much better job cleaning the bathrooms. One of the worst parts about Doolittle hall is the laundry room. The washing machines are constantly broken and rarely repaired. Additionally, nobody knows how to set a timer, and will leave their cleaned/finished clothing in the machines for hours, or until someone removes it and puts it on top of the machine. It is best to do laundry very late at night, or very early in the morning, to avoid the crowd. Finally, the internet is terrible. During off-hours you can pull ~15mb/s down and do ~5 up, but come later in the afternoon after class, you'll be lucky to get 5/5. The wifi is abominable, and gets worse as you get later into the night. I've been told that ERAU is installing new access points, and potentially getting a third fiber gigabit connection to the campus, which would be fantastic.
  
  All in all, Doolittle Hall is an experience I am happy to be moving on from. It got the job done, but the amenities and facilities are in dire need of improvement. I can only hope that the school works on improving Doolittle Hall for the sake of the next round of students to live in it. I have a YouTube channel (Samg381) where I uploaded a tour of my room.
